The system permits to receipt the goods and identify it thought barcodes, or to use the barcode of the steel producer by registering the material with pda readers in automatic way. Once the goods receipt has been registered, it’s possible to add the quality certificates by scanning or importing it.

With the system Data Pro and Stock, the traceability is embedded in the production of the rebar shop, all manufactured heats are registered in real time and the stock will be automatically updated.

The system permits after the tracking to print traceability reports by order or by job site, adding its certificates in PDF format or adding full CD with the heats used in the job site.

Entry registry

Grafo-Trax manages the traceability of the cut&bend products and commercial products of the rebar shop.

Material identification

After the material has been registered, a delivery note is issued and the casting is registered.

The system will print a label for each individual parcel or group of products in order to identify the material after the production.

Reading belonging
to the supplier

There is the possibility of inserting the material through a barcode reading belonging to the supplier in order to facilitate the registration of the material.

Castings assignment

Grafo-Trax can work by order, element or position.

Asign the production

Two types of modules are used to assign the production:

DATA PRO MACHINE: with this program Schnell machines (compatibles) are interfaced so that it is the machine to send automatically the casting to Grafotrax.

DATA PRO PANEL: with this program all other machines are interfaced by means of barcode reader.
